  I'm certainly no expert. What I can tell you for sure is that their are fish there. Some fish and lots of fisherman. Trick is not to fish"dead water". Even fishing the holding water you going to have to work hard for every fish. When you do that and catch one it is very gratifying.

  I grew up on the Clinton River and have never fly fished on it. Those look like some pretty nice fish! Hope you can give me some insight on fly fishing that water some time?!
