Smoking the salmon today. They have been in a brown sugar, salt and garlic brine for a while due to a heavy work schedule. They may turn out to be my first try of salmon jerky. I will be sampling the results tonight and then let you know!

New to Kensington Community Church or interested in the Field and Stream Team (FAST), tell us a bit about your interests. If you're not new, tell us about your KCC experience, FAST, and your hobbies.

I've been a part of Kensington for about 5 years and now attend Kensington East. I am an avid Walleye fisherman and do a lot of fishing in Lake Erie, Lake Huron and the Detroit River. My wife and I are a part of a Kensington Small Group and also lead a group but I have been looking for a men's group to join. I'm very interested in becoming a part of FAST.
