Some guys were asking for this recipe from the Jingle Mingle in December:
SLOPPY DOES
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
6 lb. ground venison
1/3 c. prepared mustard
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/4 c. catsup
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
6 lb. ground venison
1/3 c. prepared mustard

1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/4 c. catsup
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. JEMMS Sauce (see Jim Petty)
Brown venison, celery and onion. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour (I used crock pot). Serve on buns.
P.S. You may use plain old ordinary hamburger but that's not as fun.
