I did not know if you knew or not…..
Some of you got to meet Roger McIntyre at the Dec. Jingle Mingle. Roger won an award on our buck pole and came to the meeting to meet some of the guys. Roger goes to Orion and lives very close to me.
According to Nancy Wurn, Roger stopped by the Orion building last Friday to talk and get connected with someone to pray with and for his wife Beth.
Beth and one of their adult daughters were part of the massive car accident last week on I-75 in southwest Detroit. The one where three people died…two of them children.
Beth is recovering from a grade 3 (the worst kind) concussion and came home from the hospital on Friday. She is home from work today. Her daughter (age 25) is back at her home near Lansing and recovering from some massive bruising but is ok. Beth’s Jeep was hit 4 times and then rolled over.
Roger said how lucky his wife and daughter are to be alive. I told Roger that I would post this on the FAST website (Roger is on the website too - Roger McIntyre) and he was very appreciative and also asked for prayer for the other families who suffered losses.
Roger plans to be at the WGD and hopefully Beth will be feeling well enough to join him.
