I fished Paint Creek today. I was really surprised to see that I was the only one on the river being that it is a Saturday. I got down there at around 12:00pm. It was kinda slow, but I did get some trout during the first couple hours. They were all small except one that was likely about 10". Even the little ones are tons of fun to catch though, because they flip all over the place. ha ha. I was going to get a picture of the bigger one but he slipped out of my hands as soon as I got him unhooked. After the first couple hours, the fishing just shut down, and I didn't get another bite. The only lure that worked for me today was a black meps rooster tail. I had two of them, and ended up loosing them both to the river. Still, tons of fun.
