Lane Tool is looking to add a motivated and experienced CNC mill set up person for a Rochester Hills based job shop.
We are a precision CNC machine shop specializing in precision machined parts.
The shop environment is very clean and organized. The shop is laid out for room to work , not cramped.
Minimum of 5 years set up experience needed.
Basic understanding of G code programming on controls / Haas is important.
Gibbs cam programming capabilities is a plus.
Must have own transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Good attendance is a must and reliability is mandatory!

Pay range $26 / $31 per hour based on set up knowledge and ability.
This is a Full time position. We only run one shift at Lane Tool
Full time employees receive benefits which include - Health Care (PPO) up to $1,600/mo for families, Dental, Short term and Long term disability, 401K match (up to 4%), and holiday pay after 60 days of employment. Time off at Christmas break with pay (40hr pay). Vacation pay after 1 year of employment. With a maximum 3-1/2 weeks vacation pay after fully vested. Bonus pay at year end and quarterly bonus.
At this time , none of our employees are paying anything for their health care premiums. We currently pay 100% of the health care premiums for the employees and their families. That is subject to change on a yearly review.
