this is the top secreat recipe:

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup chardonnay wine

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup heavy wipping cream

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon chives

 

Place a 1 quart saucepot over high heat and add the butter

 

Melt the butter down and cook over high heat until butter turns golden brown

 

Once butter is golden brown, wisk in the Chardonnay, soy sauce and heavy cream

 

Turn stove down to medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes

 

At this point, add the pepper, sugar and chives
