Tom Dunken is the man to go to for your deer processing needs. He is the head butcher at the Hollywood Mkt. $50 for the basics and then extras for your specialty items.
This year will be the same as last year. If you plan to donate your deer to the wild game dinner, just take it to him and tell him that you are doing that. He will add your deer to the list, and FAST will pay for the processing and benefit from your generosity. The first 8 deer are excepted for this program. Here is his contact info and address.
