Did a little fishing with a couple of buddies on the Manistee River this past weekend.  Despite very cold temperatures that day, we ended up doing pretty well.  We ended up with 6 steelhead and a bonus fish as well.  A river run pike.  Great day and great fellowship in God's wonderful outdoor world!

What an awesome fish!!

Sweet looking steelies!  First pic looks like one of the characters from "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"

That looks awesome, Bill.  Be sure to post the pics on the main page.  Were you guys in a boat or on the shoreline?

The steelies range in size and coloring.  The pike was actually the first I have ever caught on the Manistee river.

Nice fish Bill! The Pike was pretty big. Is that normal size?
