Just to start the ball rolling, last year cdc felt they did not get enough time to plan for kicking bear so if we agree on inviting them this year we should let them know how much financial support we can give them (bus driver fee and or tents). They do a great job with chaperon's and we would need to make sure that continues because of issues in the past. I thimk to we should promote it around KCC. Let me know your thoughts.
