HAWAIIAN STYLE VENISON CHOPS

Categories : main meals Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method 6 venison chops 2 cups pineapple juice 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 pineapple -- sliced no skin 1 red onion -- sliced salt and pepper 2 tablespoons salad oil Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and pineapple juice together. Place chops in the mixture and allow to set for over night, turning once in a while. In a hot pan add oil and cook the chops medium rare or the way you like them. Remove the chops place the pineapple in the pan along with the red onions. Pour in a little of the marinate in the pan and let simmer two minutes. Place grilled pineapple on the plate top with venison chops and red onions.
