Fishing for catfish is a blast. Good fighters and good eating. The last time we caught some one of my sons was working at the Chop House in Rochester. On our way home he took the fish into the kitchen and the chef cleaned, prepped and deep-fryed it. Nothing like eating your own fresh caught catfish in a 5 star restaurant.
